Notorious V.I.P.-One of my homebrews that is an imperial brown with vanilla bean added to the boil and also "Dry Hopped" with additional vanilla bean to bring out the vanilla flavor. This batch came out to 10.5% abv...but the complex grain bill and vanilla temper the typical heat of a high ABV brew.
